Third-party Monitoring (TPM) services of humanitarian cash transfer (HCT) programmes supported by UNICEF in Viet Nam in response to Typhoon Yagi.

Facilitate the implementation of post-distribution monitoring (PDM) surveys for the HCT programs supported by UNICEF, targeting 1,500 beneficiary households in provinces impacted by Typhoon Yagi, which includes, but not limited to: - Collect baseline data on pre-intervention conditions. - Conduct PDM surveys to gather data on beneficiary experiences, satisfaction, and utilization of cash transfers. - Analyze PDM data and generate actionable insights for program improvement. - Conduct payment verification surveys to ensure accurate and timely disbursement of funds.
