Development Consultancy

PEAPROS’ core strengths in development consultancy include applying results-based and participatory approaches in development of plans as well as monitoring and evaluation and learning (MEL) systems for organizations, programs and projects. We are profound for providing policy supports such as conducting policy and institutional studies and analyses, facilitating policy dialogues and policy advocacy, designing development visions and formulating strategies. Besides, since the beginning, we have been providing consulting services to a number of environmental, agricultural and rural development programs and projects, of those the significant ones include the support to develop Vision to 2020 for the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Roadmap to realize the Vision, National Programme Support Team (NPST) to the Agriculture & Rural Development Sector Budget Support programme (ARD-SPS) for DANIDA, Monitoring and Organisational Support for the Viet Nam Civil Society Facility for Irish Aid Funded Projects, long-term cooperation to conduct ex-post evaluations for JICA funded projects, and monitoring and evaluation consultancy for long-term World Bank funded and ADB funded projects. Our services also include provision of designing and applying web-based M&E techniques, developing communication strategies and campaigns, developing public awareness raising and behaviour change programs, which involved active participation of different groups of stakeholders ranging from policy and legislation makers, local governments, mass media, NGOs, local communities, private sector, and international donors.
