- To assess and support JPP in the elaboration of PR Release;
- To assess and support JPP in the creation of the media info package;
- To help JPP to distribute the Media invitation to the conference and engage media to assist;
- To work with JPP to elaborate a list of possible questions and answers for the media;
- To monitor and facilitate the interviews during and after the conference;
- To welcome and attend media during the conference
- To collect and create a media clipping;
- To collect and create broadcast news concerning the conference.
