Provision of the external assessment of TI/TT’s work on REDD+ in Viet Nam under both the PAC REDD project and RGFI project.

The assessment is based upon the DAC’s criteria on relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability of the project to inform Toward Transparency (TT), a Chapter of Transparency International in Viet Nam, of the future direction for any interventions in the forestry sector in Viet Nam.
