The team of international consultants and trainers are assigned to both the public and private sectors, focusing on the areas of leadership, communication and organizational development. The team leader has over 10 years of experience training other trainers from around the world, is an EMCC certified master’s degree holder, has conducted over 35 assignments in training participatory leadership, cross-cultural skills, leading change and international leadership. The team has over 33 years of training in capacity building, personal effectiveness.
