Assess the agricultural practice adoption of farmers and farmer organizations when receiving the project support in terms of technical training, demonstration sites, infrastructure and equipment. Since 2017, 10 field monitoring & evaluation trips were conducted in 5 districts in An Giang province, using a combination of 3 methods (i) Interviewing by questionnaire to evaluate the technical application level of farmers; (ii) Group discussion to identify the difficulties and limitations of farmers when applying techniques and propose solutions to improve application efficiency; (iii) Visiting farming models to observe and learn the solutions farmers have applied to achieve high results in reducing seeds, fertilizers and plant protection products.

Develop a Communication Strategy for EVNNPT, including an Assessment of the current performance in communication; Action Plan for implementation of the strategy, and a set of communication tools (guidelines, handbooks...)
