The EVENT project is funded by ERAMUS Fund, European Union (EU), contributing to support participating schools of the project in orienting development, building vocational centers, guiding for surveys and assess the employment situation of graduated students and career orientation for students.
Overall objectives: i) Develop a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework to be used to monitor the Project's M&E activities and to complete M&E activities at the end of the Project; ii) Conducting Project Implementation Completion Report (PICR).
Mission: - Review documents related to the Project, especially the Results Monitoring Framework (RMF) of the Project; - Review data and information and prepare the Inception Report; - Building M&E Framework; - Conducting M&E activities; - Conducting the final M&E Report of the project. - Conducting the PICR Report.
Development of a new organizational strategy document for ACDC for the period 2020-2025, with a vision to 2030, to contribute to the development of ACDC and to improve service delivery to the target population.
Develop and test the operation of an e-portal supporting market access based on ICT platform to support and promote the production and trade of OCOP products, to share and forecast market prices, market information on production and trade among related parties (producers, cooperatives, traders and businesses, business development service providers) to promote trade linkages in the agricultural value chains.
Develop a capacity building strategy for the formulation of a master development plan for the Mekong Delta region incorporating gender-sensitive factors.
PEAPROS Consulting, in association with the Information Center for Agriculture and Rural Development (AGROINFO), to conduct an assessment of the systemic market changes to identify and quantify systemic market changes within specific sub-sectors that GREAT operates e.g. vegetables, tea, passionfruit, and tourism and the broader enabling environment. The assessment applied various market research and socio-economic information collection and analytical tools, and provided evidence for the Program and partners to inform strategic direction, work-planning and effective scaling up. It will also provide robust evidence to support wider policy changes at provincial and national level.
