Facilitate the implementation of post-distribution monitoring (PDM) surveys for the HCT programs supported by UNICEF, targeting 4,000 beneficiary households in provinces impacted by Typhoon Yagi, which includes, but not limited to: - Collect baseline data on pre-intervention conditions. - Conduct PDM surveys to gather data on beneficiary experiences, satisfaction, and utilization of cash transfers. - Analyze PDM data and generate actionable insights for program improvement. - Conduct payment verification surveys to ensure accurate and timely disbursement of funds.
The purpose of the Review is to provide an in-depth assessment of the overall progress of the VAC as well as examining if the VAC Design is still in line with the strategic intention and priorities of Vietnam and Australia. The Review uses the VAC program logic and the MEL strategy to assess the achievement of the project. The Review also identifies, and documents lessons learnt, identifies risks and counter measure and to make recommendations regarding specific actions that might be taken to improve the project.
