The operation of the system will help the owner of the project to monitor and to evaluate the project performances. \n Training for related units on project governance (monitoring and evaluation). \n Training for PPMUs in data collection and disaster risk assessment with communities participatory.\n Support to develop training materials on community-based disaster risk management (CBDRM) for CBDRM training for residences and government officials of 50 communes in Tien Giang and Dong Thap provinces.
