All PEAPROS’ consultants received their higher education abroad in developed education systems, thus being familiar with international settings and working environment. PEAPROS usually have international specialists as well as partners and collaborators who are either living in Viet Nam, or coming from Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, the U.S.A, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, India, and ASEAN countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
Nghiem Ba Hung

Nghiem Ba Hung holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration at the National University of Singapore. has obtained hands-on experience in strategic and result-based management, planning, monitoring and evaluation, policy dialogue facilitating, communication, information management, market analysis of agriculture products. His experiences also include the involvement in reform processes in Viet Nam, providing facilitation services to strategic planning and implementation process such as Public Administration Reform Program 2001-2010, Five Year Social Economic Development Plan (SEDP), and a number of capacity building schemes for government agencies and implementing partners. Hung has been intensively involved in development projects as a professional M&E consultant to provide services to a wide range of projects in different sectors, namely agriculture and rural development, transportation, education, power and energy, environment and climate change. He has extensive experience of working with Government agencies at various levels and with international organizations, including the UN resident agencies, and bilateral and multilateral donors such as ADB, AusAID, CIDA, DANIDA, Irish Aid, JICA, Oxfam Quebec, Sida, USAID and WB
Le Quang Trung

Le Quang Trung received his Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Hawaii in 2005. He has a good understanding and experience of working with international bi-lateral and multi-lateral donors in assignments related to M&E and planning – with a sectoral span on climate change, disaster risk management, urbanization, and rural development. He also has a number of years working with government agencies in policy, planning, capacity building, public administration reform, and coordination between relevant government agencies. He had 5 years working for INGO, involving in program development, implementation, and coordination.
Tran Ngoc Bich
Project Manager
Tran Ngoc Bich graduated from the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH) in Water – Environment - Oceanography in 2014. She is attending the Master Course of the Cologne University of Applied Science – Germany in Natural Resource Management. Up to date, she has 6 years of experiment in various fields such as biodiversity, agriculture, sustainable development, and disaster risk management, and M&E (monitoring and evaluation). In recent years, Bich has involved in development projects with the role of environmental, climate change, agriculture consultant and project management. She has a solid understanding and a handful of working experiences with Government agencies at different levels and with international organizations.
